It is difficult to assess which is the real possibility of war because the effects of cyber hacking in general are invisible to the inexperienced eye. However, the security company "Norse" has produced a geographical map which appears at the global level and hackers attacks in real time. And indeed can see that China is already developing cyber war with U.S..
Interactive map shows who mostly attacks and what kind of attack is used.
