Samsung and Apple have agreed to withdraw from all legal battles between them on the issue of patents outside the United States. There are nearly three years that these two tech giants have been in a legal battle because of patents that they have used in the creation of intelligent phones.

However, the Samsung company announced Wednesday that it and Apple will still continue existing open issues in U.S. courts. The two companies have signed a license agreement.

In a joint statement announced after the agreement signed between the two companies, they vow to give up legal battles outside the United States, while lawsuits and counter-lawsuits in the courts of the United States will continue.

Legal battles between Apple and Samsung's Regulation has long since started, and the two companies have lost many of these battles. Apple has had a bit more luck, winning over $ 1 billion in the first battle, a figure that was reduced in subsequent battles. Samsung also managed to gain some of that legal battle, as both companies have included some patents of others.

According to the decision, there will be more legal battles between the two companies in Australia, Italy, Germany, France, Japan, Netherlands, South Korea and Britain, where Apple has had less luck than in the USA. It remains to be seen how many will prolong legal battles in the U.S. before companies decide to eventually close these battles.
