Facebook has been accused by the creators of "Room", an application similar to the application "Rooms" which was presented recently by Facebook, copying application. Facebook has recently introduced application "Rooms", which allows users to create a "room" in order to talk with others, without having to disclose the identity. This application preserves the anonymity of users, allowing them to enroll in the application with any name they want and feel more comfortable. Application "Rooms" was originally created for the iPhone, but will soon expand to other platforms.

However, another application called "Room" is very similar to the application of new Facebook, and has since September that has been available for download in the App Store. The creators of this application, Facebook accuse of stealing their ideas. Room cofounder application engineering, Damien Rottemberg, believes that someone has collaborated with Facebook and has provided information about the application room, and so the company has managed to copy their application.

In a statement given to 9to5Mac, Rottemberg said, "We are sure that there is a coincidence. I do not understand how Facebook has created an application with the same name and the same features.
