While Apple is making public its financial results for the third quarter, another advantage of this moment to express grievances about the company. The company is being sued by its former employees for violations of the labor code. They have stated that they are denied vacation during tours and meals, which contradicts the labor code of the state of California.

The issue first surfaced in 2011 by four people who worked at Apple. Just a few days before the issue became public by former employees. Lawyers for the plaintiffs claim that more than 20 thousand former Apple employee's, from shops to corporations, are affected by violations of the labor code.

Additionally, plaintiffs claim that they were forced to work for about 5 hours or more without food or meals or to make holiday schedule.
